Scary Spice, Sporty Spice, Baby Spice, Ginger Spice, Posh Spice and … Pumpkin Spice?

Rachel Dratch plays a little-known sixth member of the Spice Girls in a cheeky new campaign for Dunkin’, released Tuesday, Sept. 8 following the launch of its fall menu.

Emma “Baby Spice” Bunton, 50, and Geri “Ginger Spice” Halliwell-Horner, 54, star alongside the Saturday Night Live alum, 60, in the playful ad.

While the two pop stars reflect on the secret to their success, they reveal Pumpkin Spice’s quirky contributions to the group, including a “total banger” called “Bumpin’ Pumpkins.”

Their orange-clad bandmate is then shown demonstrating her “ahead of its time” choreography. However, Pumpkin explains she ultimately “left the band to focus on lattes.”

Dratch tells PEOPLE she was “so excited” when she heard the concept for the commercial.

“Everyone just gets the joke immediately,” she says. “I mean, it almost sounds like an SNL sketch in the best way.”

To get into character, she says she tried to channel her best British accent.

“You think you have a British accent in your pocket and then you’re actually around British people and you’re like, ‘Oh, I’m literally all over the map right now,’” she says. “But I guess I figured because it’s a comic thing, no one’s going to be grading my dialect work.”

She also calls the costume, designed by stylist Michael Fusco, “amazing.”

“I love the kind of costume where you just step into it and it does 80% of the work for you with the character because it’s so fun and funny and it looks like a pumpkin,” she says. “So it just kind of screams like comedy, but also sort of, like, diva pop star kind of thing. So it sort of captured everything at once.”

As for filming with Bunton and Halliwell-Horner, she found the duo “super fun.”

“They were very, very nice,” she shares. “Not at all like the diva that Pumpkin Spice is, as a matter of fact. So yeah, she was the one I could see throwing a tantrum because she didn’t have whatever, orange M&Ms.”

“They were so nice and down to earth and we chatted about our kids and stuff like that,” she continues. “So that was really fun to hang out with them all day and be in London.”

Asked which Spice Girl Debbie Downer, her famously pessimistic SNL character, would favor, she had a couple in mind.

“I mean, do I just say Scary Spice [Melanie “Mel B” Brown] because the name Scary is right there and that has a negative thing?” she asks. “Although Posh Spice [Victoria Beckham] could be a Debbie Downer favorite. I don’t know. I’m not sure. That’s a hard one.”

The Massachusetts native says she’s a fan of pumpkin spice beverages.

“As soon as you taste a pumpkin latte, it’s like everyone goes crazy,” she says. “It’s like fall’s officially here. So, I love fall. Growing up in New England and all that, the smells of fall just take me back to happy places.”

Dunkin’ brought back its fall menu on Aug. 19, with returning items like the fan-favorite Pumpkin Spice Signature Latte (PSSL), and the new new Pumpkin Cloud Dunkalatte.

To celebrate the new campaign, Dunkin’ is giving fans a free medium PSSL with a qualifying purchase between 2 and 6 p.m. local time on Sept. 8.
