AVENGERS: ENDGAME- IS THIS REALLY THE END OF THE AVENGERS? EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

My jaw is still on the floor and I am still trying to compose myself having just screened AVENGERS: ENDGAME and is this really, truly the end of the Avengers-here’s everything you need to know about

this blockbuster, epic, heart-stopping, roller-coaster, emotional ride of a movie that makes you laugh,  makes you cry,  makes you wonder, makes you think, and makes you hold your breath for the entire three-plus hours because I am ready to tell you absolutely nothing!

The ONLY way to truly experience this movie is to just that experience it for yourself and draw your own conclusions so with that being said, these are not the spoilers you are looking for but more of a practical guideline to follow before you see the spectacular that is AVENGERS: ENDGAME for yourself. Think of it as some housekeeping tips that we need to take care of before you sit down for the wild ride of your life.  Now let’s go over the rules:

The first rule of AVENGERS: ENDGAME is: You do not talk about AVENGERS: ENDGAME. The second rule of AVENGERS: ENDGAME is: You do not talk about AVENGERS: ENDGAME. The third rule of AVENGERS: ENDGAME: is if ANYONE tries to break any of the other rules about how to properly watch AVENGERS: ENDGAME someone needs to yell STOP!  Any questions?  In other words, FRIENDS DON’T SPOIL AVENGERS: ENDGAME for other friends and even people that may or may not be friends. Now I realize that this is a lot to ask of most of us because believe me, YOU ARE GOING TO WANT TO TALK ABOUT IT, DISCUSS IT, QUESTION IT but remember the pledge The first rule of AVENGERS: ENDGAME is: You do not talk about AVENGERS: ENDGAME.

So what can I tell you-truthfully not much other than it is absolutely, positively, 100% everything you wanted it to be, feared it would be, hoped it would be and so much more!

So is it really 3 hours long-yes and a little bit more so get your popcorn, snacks, drinks and everything else you are going to need well in advance because this E-ticket ride of a movie starts from the very first moment and you are going to hold on for dear life for the next 3 hours.

I will tell you right now that there is no “good place in the film” to make a break for it and run for the restroom so plan accordingly. Will it answer your questions-maybe. Will it leave you with more questions -maybe. Will you laugh-100% yes!  Will you cry-again 100% yes (and maybe more than once). Is it nonstop action through and through that leaves you screaming, cheering, and wanting more-absolutely, positively without a doubt yep and was it worth the wait-YES, YES and YES!   Will you need to see it more than once-YES (there’s a lot to think about and process)

Do you need to see all of the other movies that have led up to this one culminating point in time where it all comes together (or does it?) It will absolutely help but after seeing this, it made me want to sit down and rewatch the entire series (which I have been doing before going to see it today) and the other big, big question-how many large popcorns will I need to get through the movie.

Actually, this is the first movie that I have ever seen that I was so on the edge of my seat the entire time, I did not eat a single, solitary piece as it would have distracted me from the reason I was simply to take in the one movie that not only was worth the wait but lives up to all of the pregame hype and so much more. Are there “any extra scenes” during the credits-it’s a Marvel movie.  At the end of the day, the one thing I can say, without spoiling anything is that it is indeed what was promised and that is it is a story that honors the other 21 other movies, a dozen characters, and tries to honestly finish most of their stories.

So is this really truly the end for our beloved Avengers? Maybe, maybe not because the only way to find out is to experience it for yourself. Cover your ears, hide your eyes, turn off all social media and experience it the way it should be experienced-SPOILER FREE!  Remember the first rule and the only rule you need to know You do not talk about AVENGERS: ENDGAME.  Any questions???
